Students search for books they've read and then rate them

Book information such as title, author, and page count is accessed using the Google Books API

After a while more schools started requesting access to use Tookadoo with their students

The site is also COPPA compliant

I used a variety of tools and frameworks when creating Tookadoo

For each book logged a student will earn points which can be used to customize their avatar
